Sellers, have you ever had to deal with those customers who are just real pains in the ass? OMG.. while I have thousands of wonderful customers, there are always a handful of those that just ruin it.. that make me doubt why I'm killing myself trying to run my own business while still maintaining my normal 9-5 job.
I'm a positive person, I don't like ANY negativity whatsoever, no complaining, no woe is me, nothing.. I don't want to deal with it. So when these certain customers (I'll refer to them as nasties going foward) trouble me with problems where there is clearly no solution (because they are never happy), it just put's me in a not so happy place.
But then I have to take a deep breath and remember for every one Nasty, there are hundreds of Goodies :) So thank you all my Goodies.
Among other things, I'm thankful for my wonderful family and friends, for this awesome opportunity I've been blessed with and it being so successful and thankful for all my Goodies out there.

It's frustrating, but those customers are everywhere, in every type of business. My "day job" is working in a restaurant and believe me, I've heard it all. I'd be curious to talk to employees at other companies the "nasties" shop at just to hear some funny stories. I'm glad you can keep your chin up despite it all because I think you are an awesome seller and I would be very sad if you called it quits.

I can sooo relate to this, i also have many frustrating customers, but the good ones always make up for it!
